Breaded Escalope and Sautéed Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 320g Sahel breaded escalope
  • 1 red bell pepper & 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 250g mushrooms
  • 4 carrots
  • 250g green beans
  • 150g soybeans
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Breaded Escalope and Sautéed Vegetables

Preparation :

  1. Wash and cut the bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and green beans into medium-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the prepared vegetables and sliced scallions. Sauté until they are tender but still crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add the sesame seeds, soy sauce, and vinegar to the vegetables. Continue to sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
  4. In another skillet or deep fryer, cook the Sahel breaded escalopes according to the package instructions until they are golden and crispy.
  5. Serve the escalopes hot with the sautéed vegetables.
