Breaded Escalope and Sautéed Vegetables
Ingredients
- 320g Sahel breaded escalope
- 1 red bell pepper & 1 yellow bell pepper
- 250g mushrooms
- 4 carrots
- 250g green beans
- 150g soybeans
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Breaded Escalope and Sautéed Vegetables
Preparation :
- Wash and cut the bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and green beans into medium-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the prepared vegetables and sliced scallions. Sauté until they are tender but still crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the sesame seeds, soy sauce, and vinegar to the vegetables. Continue to sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
- In another skillet or deep fryer, cook the Sahel breaded escalopes according to the package instructions until they are golden and crispy.
- Serve the escalopes hot with the sautéed vegetables.
