Turkey Ham Pasta

Ingredients

  • 250g pasta (your choice)
  • 200g turkey ham, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200ml cream
  • 50g grated cheese (such as Parmesan or Emmental)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional).

Turkey Ham Pasta

Instructions :

  1. Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for a few minutes until tender and lightly golden.
  3. Add the diced turkey ham to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes until slightly browned.
  4. Lower the heat to medium-low and stir in the cream. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well to coat with the sauce. Continue cooking for a few more minutes to warm the pasta.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese over the pasta and allow it to melt slightly.
  7. Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
  8. Serve the turkey ham pasta hot. You can pair it with a green salad or vegetables for a balanced meal.
